Remember Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did, but she did it backwards and in heels...~Faith Whittlesey
I had a well prepared "to do" list for the last week. What was it that "they" say about the best laid plans? (Someday I am going to find "them" and introduce myself) Instead of Mission Home Decor I was knee deep in still packed boxes, caught up on my reading and did whatever was nessecary to ignore the fact I am starting a new job tommorow. Have you seen the last episode of Zoey 101? (It was kind of a big deal with the kids who frequent my life) Long episode short, Zoey left all her friends and went to a new school. I have that feeling in the pit of my stomach that I am going to a new school. I have written before that my work life blends into my personal life and is generally the love child of "The Office" and "Scrubs". I will still see and talk to my Turk, but the messages sent in code during staff meetings are no more. Elliott and I are fighting again and we never did order that face cake. What if I can't open my locker? Thankfully I am excited about the upcoming adventures ahead. Thankfully Turk pushed me out of the saftey of my nest. Thankfully there is always time and room for facecake...

Congrats and good luck on the new job! I am so happy for you.
I have such a hard time starting new jobs- maybe that's why I am delaying going out and getting one????
I always worry, "Who will I eat lunch with?" But I know you will find new partners in crime very soon- you won't be the new kid in school for long. Write with details on the new job when you can! Janelle
My kids love Zoey too. I think it's lame. :)
How's the new job??
I am surviving. Even enjoying. Asking lots of questions and taking lots of notes...
Janelle,
Should we meet up with Tracy in the SunGarden for a tasty morsel? lol
It would have to be a Wednesday- HAND-TOSSED calzone day.
I wonder if they'd allow me back in???
:)
